Essex asbestos testing have been absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. I had the. Sample various areas of concern before I carried out any work around the house on some old flues, a couple of ceilings and some insulation. Ian carried out the sample g and was very thorough and professional.
They got an appointment for me very quickly and the price was reasonable for the work.
Results came back quickly too and very well documented and explained. Even after the sampling Ian has answered my questions and given guidance.
Very knowledgeable, very friendly, very professionally company.
I would recommend again and again and again to anyone who needs this service.
It’s refreshing to have such good service after so many companies the last few seem so unprofessional and just not interested.

I needed a quick turnaround and ian was very helpful , on time for appointment and helped with my urgency, I had results within 24hrs , fantastic service and was nice to have peace of mind.
I cannot recommend Ian highly enough. Initial call was really helpful and the visit at a proposed purchase property was carried out following a discussion of the suitable areas for testing. This was followed by a test result turnaround of just over 24hrs!
Further advice from Ian was invaluable and gave clarity to the jargon and insight into options available. Excellent service all round.

Ian came out and did all relevant testing. We received full professional laboratory test results all within a week from initial phone call from start to finish. There were no scare tactics as he is not a sales person but an independent consultant with a wealth of knowledge, pleasant and easy to talk to. There was no up selling and will tell you what you require and what you do not. They deal with all sorts of trade and domestic customers. If, like us, you are in the process of buying a house or looking to have some building work carried out or you think that you may have asbestos this is a worthwhile service. For the consultation and testing service the cost was very reasonable. The information gained from the consultation was priceless. The office dealt with all correspondence quickly and professionally. I received a first-class service from Essex Asbestos Testing. They responded to my artex ceiling query the same day. They came and took a sample and provided clear test results extremely quickly. I would highly recommend their services.

Not only was he knowledgeable about asbestos he also understood the psychological effects it can have on people. I wasn’t even sleeping with the worry and anxiety of it all. After meeting with Ian and doing the appropriate sampling the anxiety just fell away. I actually slept straight through that night.. I feel I have my house back. I couldn’t recommend this company enough..thank you…
